The wheels colors cannot be changed. I cant remember but Karen said we had the wheels before so we got him to add those to the threads. I think it was a long time ago we had the lightbulbs.

The ACTIVE POSTS is the best way to see things it is better than any light bulbs or any other way of seeing new posts.

Betty, I looked at Preview Reply and I did not see it at first then I realised it was below the reply box and goes horizontally straight across the page so it is does not look like I expected it to look. Really dont see the value of that you can see your reply in the "reply box". I guess may be it will show if a picture link is working?

Yes, it shows if pictures, links, etc are working. I love the fact that it opens up right below where you type!

Thanks. I wasn't looking below. Yes It worked. I do like it, especially when posting a picture to make certain it's on there correctly.

The yellow lights were active until the current change.

Will have to retrain to look at Active Posts; thanks.

Don't know if this is relevant or useful Karen, but I was failing to log in, simply using the normal [Log in] button. It just went away and didn't come back. But...when I clicked on your picture to get to your profile, it came up and told me that I couldn't see it without logging in. It then presented me with my login name and password, and viola, I was in. This was on Firefox, Windows 7.

Wendy, someone else has mentioned that technique and maybe it will help someone who hasn't seen the suggestion! What bothers me is that you are on Firefox!!!! This is the first time I have heard of the log in problem with FF.

I was having a devil of a time logging in. It kept telling me my info was invalid. I even used "forgot password" and the new password wouldn't work either. Then, suddenly, it just worked. I don't think I did anything differently, but maybe I did.

This was on FF.

I just logged in again, and it was fine, Karen.

It worked--on my office computer, I unclicked the "remember me" box and it remembered me. Weird.

In reading through this thread, one thing puzzles me. Unless I'm misreading messages, it appears that a number of folks log out each time they finish reading LCT and then log in when they come back to LCT. I've always just exited LCT without logging out. Is there some advantage to logging out when you leave LCT? What, if anything, am I missing? Thanks.

I'm with you, I never log out. Except when I do a cookie cleanup, once in a while.

I don't think people are normally logging out after each visit, I think they are trying to figureout how to stay permanently logged in and they are experimenting with the buttons and options.

I also stay logged in. But when the board changed over, it appears to have logged me out.

I stay logged in, except the changeover kept logging me out on my office computer. Still no idea why, but I fixed it using ngaire's suggestion.

I just got the email from Karen advising about the new web address (thanks!), and everything is working just fine, no log-out problems at all. I'm running Windows 7. I usually stay loggin in as well, but had to log in this time - probably just because of the change.

I had just started my cruise on the Navigator and posted the first day under Sea Mail. After then I could not log on, until I got the email today with regards to the new address.
No problems for me yet, although I was sad to miss out in posting and sharing some sea mail on a daily basis during our cruise
