I used the Trip Planner feature of weatherunderground.com to get historical weather data for each of our ports on CANADA. Obviously, while the historical data can't predict the actual weather in each port this October, it gives a pretty good idea of the weather we'll most likely encounter. Most likely it will be cool or cold until we reach Charleston. Here's the data for each port:

Montreal , Quebec City , Saguenay , Charlottetown , Sydney , Halifax , Bar Harbor , Gloucester , New York City , Charleston , Savannah , Ft. Lauderdale .

Dave, I sort of figured same, but thanks so much for the info. Maybe there's a slight chance a real east coast Indian Summer will fall upon us!

Thanks Dave. Pretty much what we expected, we'll dress in layers.

If anyone is interested I recorded the weather for the days we are on the CANADA cruise last October just so I'd have some idea of how to pack this October. I can tell you the temps were CHILLY!

Sounds like fun, but I'd rather hope for Indian Summer.
