I think I should start a list of web cams for MUSH. First up, I just found this webcam for those of us staying at Alyeska. Click here for the Alyeska webcam ![[Linked Image]](http://www.chairfive.com/web_cam/liveimage/cam1.jpg)

About the Denali webcam - I think I have a personal connection! One of my best friends is a scientist at Denali Park. One of her projects earlier this year was to set up this webcam. It's located 60 miles from "civilization" at one of the visitor centers within the park. Because it's so remote, it was set up to operate on solar power with a satellite link. Her main research is on air quality and monitoring.

Hey Andrea...guess what...my friend's name is Andrea too!
I e-mailed "my" Andrea to tell her that her webcam has hit the big time with a group of travel enthusiasts. She will get a kick out of that, and that we are watching the webcam 10 months in advance.

If it's warm enough and we are wild enough, maybe we can get a group of LCTr's to turn around when the webcam focuses on us and make all the TUSHees on non-MUSH jealous?

I'm pretty sure that the Mariner is on the left with the stern facing the camera. At least, that's what I think I see from my window. :)

That's by special arrangement with Capt. Phillipe. The TUSHees wanted to give y'all the *TUSH* view of the Mariner.

It appears that some of the MUSHers are beginning to board the ship, and get settled in their cabins. I must say, some of these new webcams have great zoom capabilities!! Oh Betty, I am just laughing like a lunatic over your picture of me on my balcony!! TOTALLY HYSTERICAL!!!!!
I just checked the Ketchikan webcam and I can't see the ship but I think if you look at the NCL ship that is in port, you might be able to see us from their bow cam (at least I think it is an NCL ship)

It's damp, but not raining. My lucky rain poncho has worked again. Unfortunately, the bear watching trip failed to happen. Too bumpy and no bears. I'm pouting :(
But other than the missing bears, I'm having more fun than is probably legal.

Lauri - too bad about the xkurchun. We'd love to have you join our bare watching iffen you were here.
We might be able to keep one of the T. Leary What A Trip vans. You'll see bares and a whole lot more once you try to return to reality.
