Getting lots of emails today about dinner plans.

I cannot confirm the dates as Regent has not confirmed with me. These are the three dates I requested.

August 30 - welcome cocktail party
(that should be no problem)

September 1, 3 and 4
Are the dates I asked for the "dinner with the staff" and a special group dinner in Latitudes.

I hate to share this with you but on BLISS the dates for the dinners changed 3 times in the last week.

If you make plans that you prefer such as Signatures you can always just not attend either of these functions. It is entirely up to you.

As soon as I know I will let you know but it will be well after the dates you need to book Signatures and Latitudes. Probably not until a week before departure.

I've never met this new HD who replaced Steph while he's on vacation. Adore the other 3 (and Rogerio's wife Teresa)!! We're lucky to have them on MUSH.

Ngaire, thanks. I guess it is probably safe to book Signatures for last night as that won't be one of your dinners. Wasn't it VOF we all congregated in Signatures on last night? Didn't Doug have to borrow a jacket since his were packed or am I mixing facts?

I suggest people make Signatures reservations for four or six and then figure it all out and who will join the tables when we get there. The last night might be a good idea Marc. If everyone makes reservations that night we may have another "group" dinner with the place full of LCT'ers. Might be a real great finish to a great week!

I'm not sure how our new tier levels work in getting reservations. I know we get "preferred" seating, but, can we do it on-line in advance and when?

Do we need to give them our parties names and suite numbers up front as we have done in the past when booking?

Supposed to be on-line 30 days in advance. We only get one per suite, not sure how they treat crossovers when different suites dine together on different nights.

When you make your reservations on line you can only make them for the number of people in cabin, but you add in the comments who you are dining with - you need cabin numbers too, if I recall. I did that for WAVE.

I do know that people made reservations for Signatures on line and just said the number of people and did not give cabin numbers. Of course this can become fine tuned all the time from when it first hit the web. It was with that information that I thought we could just book a table for 4 or 6 and then it would work.

There really is only one large table so 6 and 4 works best or a large table request may be declined.

Ngaire, every time I look at our booking for MUSH there is nowhere to sign on for anything including tours or reservations for dinner, etc. When do you get to do those things on line. Sorry for being so stupid about this but I don't want to miss out on our Signatures dinner! And how do I know who would want to eat with us, etc.??? Help!

Jean, if you go to "my cruises" and click on "request shore excursions" you should be presented with a list of excursions to choose from.




As for making dinner reservations, I think Ngaire mentions somewhere above that we can do that 30 days from the cruise date.

If the picture doesn't help you find the excursions, email and we will figure it out together!

Thanks for the hints, Karen, but I do know to do that; it's just that when I click on "complete guest info form" I don't get the form--Ijust get our names and nothing more. Guess I am just getting ahead of myself. I'll try your suggestion, though. Thanks.

Jean, same thing is happening to me when I try to get the "guest information form". It just won't go further than my name. Any others having this problem as well?

I get the form when I click on Edit on the far right of the screen where the names are--but I'm looking at a different cruise, not MUSH. Maybe the MUSH information forms are hung up for some reason--have you tried it on another cruise?

I could not get the Guest Info form for WAVE or for MUSH. Dinner reservations worked GREAT for WAVE. Cannot do the MUSH dinner reservations until 7/30

Kathy, did the dinner reservations suddenly appear like the excursions bookings?

Peggy, clicking on the "edit" function does bring up the information, you just can't add any more like we used to at the bottom of the form for special requests and bar set-up.

Yes, Olivia - it appeared a few days after it was supposed to for Wave. You did have to enter other peoples names in if you were reserving for others besides yourself.

Kathy - I'm going to try to make signatures reservations for us, Shufords and Croxall's as soon as they are available - do you want me to make them for 8 so you can join us?

They have to seat Signatures on a varying schedule to keep service smooth.

I think that the LCT people were just booking the last night without any special time.

Kathy, what are you talking about with LCT people booking the last night? Are you talking about MUSH? We can't even book yet, to my knowledge.
