Whew, the editing of ROAR DVD is finally done.

Two discs (approx. two hrs. each) are involved covering pretty much everything we did while in South Africa. Disc I starts off a bit slow and starts to build momentum about half-way thru. Disc II begins with tour of Justicia Village and various game drives as well as "The Kill" that took place on the last night of our stay at Singita. The lions at their dinner table with the wildebeest is quite graphic but I think you will like the way it ends. All of disc II is of Singita.

A few dvds have already been mailed and in due time, perhaps you will hear from the recipients as to their reaction to the dvds.

Each order should include a $35 check that covers shipping and handling. You should also advise Roger what format you would like: DVD/VHS or PAL.

As info. only, if the dvd should not work in your dvd player, don't give up. It may be that your dvd player is not compatible or the laser head needs to be cleaned. I found that the dvd would not play properly on my portable player while on the plane traveling home but it did work just fine on the home dvd player.

Just sent a check to your brother - can't wait to see it!

I got the DVD and it is wonderful. My favorite part is the end of the second disk. I love the flashing pictures broken into people and animals. Ray also got great shots of the lions and the kill. Well done Ray wonderful memories.
Formal night was fantastic also!!! Going to take the discs on my next long flight to South Africa next week (COACH -- all the way) and get myself in the mood.

We watched Disk 1 last night - I could hardly sit still, I was so excited! Excellent job, Ray and Roger! It really felt like I was there myself!

Hopefully tonight Greg & I will have enough uninterrupted time to watch Disk 2 - it sounds like it only gets better!!!

Glad you liked it! As a matter of fact I just got off the phone with brother, Roger. I think Disc. II does get better and remember, if the lions at their dinner table is a bit much for you, you can fast forward. But, don't miss the ending....

Roger did mention that he accepts PayPal and in that way, you don't need to wait for the check to be deposited.

Nobody has talked about the Village tour but that was one of my favorites.

Just received the DVDs in today's mail - this is so great - thanks so much Ray for coordinating and to your brother also. I'm only up to Rovos Rail (formal night - lol), but I love the way you used our host's speech with the pictures.

Ray, the PayPal method worked as slick as could be! Ahh, technology.
