Hey, how come everyone looks so grumpy? :D :D :D Those pics are priceless - as was your surprise visit to the ship, Joanna & Tony. I don't suppose you could come onboard again in a couple days to see us? ;) I am not asking for much! I just miss everyone!!!

Another cruise has come to an end. Each cruise is better than the last. However, even though we had 80 BKers onboard, even more were missed. Only saving grace to end of this cruise is that we will see many BKers on Zodiac in just two months.
Ship isn't perfect but it was close enough. I can't imagine trying another cruise line or another group.
More later...

It's over :(
We were off the ship, in a cab, checked luggage at airport, thru security, and sitting in Crown Room by 0910. It is sure a lot easier navigating everything when there are only two ships in port.
We had a great time meeting many wonderful new friends and seeing again so many familiar (not old) friends. We are lucky that are next adventure is only a couple of months away.
For all sailing Navigator in future, the ship is greatly improved. Duck tail seems to work as does the addition of Prime 7. The convenience of living on Decks 5 or 6 is still wonderful. The itinerary was also wonderful.
Now, we are off to Huntsville today, and on to Los Angeles tomorrow.
Kristin and Greg, you need to be the providers of seamail so we can limit the withdrawal symptoms.

Here we are at FLL airport waiting for our flight home via DFW. Ngaire, Ken, Carolyn, Don, Peggy, Jerry, Frank & Wendy and more on our flight. Sure has been a fun trip...can't believe how quickly these cruises fly by.
Ngaire told me she has 77 people on Grand Prix (think that's the # she said) so will see many again between that and Fun3 so always something to look forward to.

We are at Disney World relaxing for a few days before we return home. It was a great cruise and wonderful to see everyone again. I still can't believe we're not meeting at Stars tonight. Tom.

We shall do our best, Marc! Your group is a hard act to follow, though. We are on board and unpacked after a lengthy wait in the cruise terminal (computer issue, they said - but we've never had a pleasant boarding experience in Fort Lauderdale no matter what!)...all of that was erased quickly as we got that first glass of champagne in hand!

We're back in Fort Worth just in time to go to our grandson's football game. We had a nice, easy flight with a bunch of ex-Canadians (the cruise, not the country). Greg amd Kristin--have a great time --the ship should be all warmed up for you.

From ship to home was 14 hours but we made it home fine. We had 4 happy "kids" waiting for us.
Thanks again to Ngaire & Ken for everything they did to make this cruise one our very very favorites.
Kristin & Greg, hope you have a wonderful cruise! I hope you make it to Savannah.

You timed it perfectly! Last weekend you had lovely weather in Boston and NY. Today we have major SNOW! Ngaire, Ken and Ray, you should see my yard...we will never have the full blush of orange colored leaves. BUT, it is snow white! We already have 4 inches! We slid into my garage... ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v495/iamtribble/photo-4.jpg)

We got home after a little over an hour delay in Charlotte. Tired but so glad we did this cruise and so much fun with such great people. Enjoyed meeting new friends as well as seeing old. We and Jack and Laura signed up for Grand Prix, so we look forward to seeing great people on that.
I would post some pictures but as we all know I am very challenged at that, but will see if I can figure it out, no......that won't happen. Anyway, glad to be home, we had some mix of rain and snow today, but nothing like Andi's picture above.
Miss everyone, and where is Eric with our Pinot Grigio???????

Andi, that is a beautiful picture.
It's so hard to imagine that we were all sitting out on the pool deck in NYC on a sunny warm day with family and friends LESS than a week ago, Tom's brother left with a sunburn. We sure timed it right...

I just went down to the basement to get the snow shovels, but I refuse to put the snow plow on my truck. Walking outside in a T shirt last week and now this nonsense. Hopefully it will all be gone by Tuesday or Wed with temps in the 50's. This is why I seldom leave the New England area in the summertime. Our summers are getting shorter and shorter. I need to plan as many trips as possible to get the hell out of here as soon as the bad weather hits.

Just an update from us stranded Qantas passengers. We are in the Hyatt at DFW along with about 200 others from our flight. We were due to depart here for Brisbane at 10pm this evening (Saturday). Hope we will get some news in the morning. At least we have a 747 here at the terminal as the inbound flight got in to DFW this afternoon! Had a great visit with Ngaire and Ken yesterday followed by a trip to Billy Bobs. What a great place. Today we went on a tour of the Cowboys Stadium. It is true, everything in TX is bigger!

Frank and Wendy--sorry to hear about your being stranded. I was wondering about that when I heard about the strike. I read in the paper this morning that the the government has called off the strike, thought, so hopefully you can get out today. But if you're here any longer, give us a call and we'll show you around Fort Worth.

We've been out of touch since right after we posted that pretty picture. Then, we had an explosion and the lights went out at 2 pm on Saturday. It is now Monday morning and they are predicting Wednesday midnight for our electricity returning. Saturday and Sunday were mighty cold nights at our house. Saturday we lighted a fire and snuggled up with the dogs and two down comforters. Joanna, the roast sat in the fridge never to be cooked. We did have a nice fondue since no electricity was required. We read on our computers until the power drained out...We awoke to a fair amount of damage. Lots of tree damage...some specimen trees uprooted and some big trees down which will cost a pretty penny to chop down. The house was colder than outdoors and when we heard how long we would be without heat, I wimped out and said HOTEL. We called everything within 30 miles and couldn't find a thing closer than LaGuardia. Doug said that if we got there, we might as well keep going A nice island sounds good. He just kept saying "I'm done with NY." Finally, we secured something for tonight close enough where we could keep going back to take care of the dogs.We went out to dinner and lingered in the warmth. Doug lit a fire in the family room and we hung out there for awhile in the dark. God, it was cold! Doug is cooking all of our food on the grill and hanging in the cold and I am in the warmth at work. Retiring to Arizona seems ever so tempting right now. Thinking of W&F and hoping they get home safe and sound. I'm glad you folks got to see NY in decent weather!
