We spent a wonderful evening this past Friday with LCT friends. We started with sundowners at Betty and Al's on the gulf in Bonita Springs where we had an exquisite view of the water, great wine and hors d'oevres with Betty and Al, Peggy and Jerry and Katy and Steve Kuzminski. Then we all had dinner at a lovely restaurant in Bonita Springs, A Table Apart, where we (surprise)had more wine and decimated the pork chop supply in the kitchen. It was great meeting Kathy and Steve and spending time reconnecting with old friends. I think it's time for Masaki and Amanda to cruise again-those cute kids look like they are almost old enough to fend for themselves-soon they can join LCT. We miss you guys!

As we're now snowbirds in SW Fla, what about heading a bit further north for a Mini this winter? Like to Venice or Sarasota.

Hey Gil, we're hoping to be snowbirds too, in a year or two. Going down to Sarasota and Dunedin after our upcoming cruise in a couple of weeks to check out the neighbourhoods! Where do you birds roost?

We'll be down there Dec. 1 for 5 days, then back again Dec. 28 for a few months.
Hopefully you'll be there same time as us - would love to see you & David again.
Our condo is in the heart of downtown Sarasota.
Know a terrific realtor in the area. If you want info, PM me for details.
I LOVE Sarasota.
And you know what's funny - I've mentioned a few times that in ideal combo would be Sarasota & Toronto!

Wendy...I second Gil's recommendation. Sarasota is a wonderful place to live - many Canadians already call it home for the winter months.
There are lots of cultural events and of course the golf, tennis and boating possibilities. Something for everyone.
