Woke up to a surprise snow storm this morning in Dallas. It's so pretty, and pretty rare for here. Not freezing rain for once!

And I heard it's coming our way!! :eek: I left all my cold weather gear in PA, good thing I bought a few warm things for MOOSE or I would be in trouble! Next week, we are supposed to be back in the 70's. It's over....never lasts too long here. This was the perfect snow storm; lots of big flakes and it didn't stick to the streets. I think Ngaire should be fine.

Here in Wisconsin, last year we had 10 inches of snow on Dec. 2. Today it's in the 40's. Hope it keeps up that way, but something suggests otherwise.

This weather pattern is weird. It's snowing here, and I've talked to people in GA and TN who are looking at snow too. Actually, the snow is pretty heavy right now, but because the pavement is still warm from the 60+ degree days all week, it's not sticking on the streets. But the wooded areas are lovely in the snow, and I'm enjoying being inside looking out at it.

snow here, too. sloppy weather; should clear & melt tomorrow. Santa parade with string bands (think Mummer's new year's parade) scheduled for tomorrow. Looking forward to it!

We have about three inches or more, depending on where you measure. One of those really pretty snow's although tomorrow its supposed to turn icy and that is not fun.
But..............ROLL TIDE............BAMA won their game today against Florida and is headed to the BCS National Championship game. Frank is in heaven.
