Thanks again to everyone for helping me celebrate my birthday. We are having a great time in the Big Easy. We are staying very close to the French Quarter at the Iberville Suites, a sister property to the Ritz. Had dinner at Patois, a lovely uptown bistro featured in the HBO series Treme then went to Rock n Bowl to hear some Zydeco music. Mitch's 2 brothers and my sister-in-laws are arriving shortly so we can have even more fun. If the weather holds, we have plans to rent a car and visit some of the restored plantations tomorrow. New Years Eve will be a club with 2 great bands and an open bar. Sorry we will miss all of you in Ft. Lauderdale next week!
