American Express is doing their wish list promotion again. I don't think the items are as nice or priced as well as last years but the Range Rover is a good deal at $5000! Amex "My wish list"

Karen, what is this all about? It shows a 50" Plasma TV for $750. ?? Is this for real?

Marcie, the tvs were auctioned off at noon and later today, I think. There are only so many of each prize. Some people are having their friends and family log on as them so they can have extra chances to win.

Yep. got on at time of opening then it just jams up.. so must be millions of people online trying to get the one "prize".. same thing last year..
you can try again at 3 Eastern..if you have any luck getting on their site you are lucky.. best to get on an hour before..

I am on the site an hour early, I really don't need antoher tv but oh well!
I think some of the other prizes are priced far more than last years. The skiing vacation as an example!
Also, what's up with all the purses. Not that I don't love purses but how boring!

I kept pushing the "try again" button over and over. Finally, I thought well maybe I need to refresh each time. I refreshed and it said I had missed it! I guess pushing "try again" button isn't the trick!

last year I managed to score 3 of the lesser prizes, one was a Williams Sonoma package for $50, one was a vase and 3 months of flowers for $75 and the last one was "Ugly dolls" which were so cute. They were a set of 3 for I think $35. Those are hot this year! It was fun, like winning the lottery must be?

Claudia, I like the Vespa as well. I was thinking that could be our transport to Mimosa. I wonder how we would get Suzanne, Olivia, Diana, and I all on the same bike. Now that would be a sight! :ohmy:
