Well, my BIL Russ (some of you met him on 007) had a heart attack over the weekend. They've put in a stint in the artery that was 100% blocked and are working with meds, diet changes, etc. on the 50% blocked artery. Major rehab and lifestyle changes on the way. Any thoughts and prayers would be appreciated!

Oh no, Sue, I hope Russ will mend as soon as possible! I do remember him on 007, please tell him that I am thinking of him and that he must get well so we can cruise together again.

Thanks so much - he is now home with his family which is probably the best medicine of all. He's got lots of the other kind of medicine as well, but being home is the best! It's amazing how fast they can get you back on your feet.
