I see that you can now create an account and link your upcoming cruises, as well as link your SSS number and past bookings. What they still don't have is the simplest thing - your CABIN number for your booked cruise(s)!! :(

They are also still missing the "cruise wishlist" of sorts, I forget what they used to call it, but I always liked that because you could add ones that you were interested in to your profile.

So it's improving but not all the way there yet...

Thanks, Kristin, I'm off to check it out now.

I wish they would add the scrolling between cruises. That was one of my favorite features.

edited to add: This part of the site does look nice. I guess they are doing everything in baby steps!

I think this new addition still has some bugs. I created my account, and it did find my SSS number, but it shows "none" under nights cruised and member level as "yet to sail"!! I don't think so!!

Thats all right Cindy, it shows me as no nights sailed either and could not find my society number.

At least it is up and they will work out those issues.

Well, based on Cindy's and Ngaire's experiences, I don't feel quite so "rejected" - no nights sailed seemed odd. <BG>

Well I was able to create mine and Frank's account and add our future cruise, but can't see any detail on the future cruise, although I can click on the links for excursions, itinerary, passenger info forms, but it doesn't show the details for the actual cruise, including as some have said cabin number. I could link to our past cruises and they are now correct, but nothing else. Guess it still has a ways to go.

Edited to say that I've now been able to create an account. I must have tried their server at a bad time earlier today!

Not sure why others are having issues. I went to web site last night. Followed the directions and found my past cruises, all accurate. Brought up the future cruise, it was also accurate. This morning when I checked email there was an email from Regent

Thank you for creating your Cruise Planner account at www.RSSC.com. You can use this account to manage your existing bookings (including booking shore excursions, making dining reservations and completing your Guest Information Form), review past cruises, update your contact information and travel preferences.

Please contact your preferred travel agent partner, or call Regent Seven Seas Cruises at 877.505.5370 if you need further assistance and we look forward to welcoming you onboard one of our ships very soon.

Kind regards,

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Suggest maybe others give it another try perhaps something was missed. Sometimes web sites can be tricky about how to access etc.

I had no trouble setting my account either,
and I certainly like the fact that it will be easier to sign on.

Other than the cabin number, what else do people want to see?

Everything worked fine on mine when I set it up yesterday (except I didn't get the email). When I checked today, everything is still there--cruise days are correct as are all future booked cruises.

You all are better at navigating that sight than I am. Was able to set up an account and enter all future cruises, but still showing me with no nights sailed. If it's good enough for Ngaire, it works for me - as long as I get my perks on board. :)

Worked for me as well, all cruises in (which had been incorrect before), and for the first time showing Voyager shakedown (no SS credit for nights). The only thing I don't like is that it no longer gives the beginning and ending ports on the cruise dates. That's the only way I could remember them before!

No email from Regent for me either.

My Seven Seas Society number (12 digits) on the Guest Information Form does not match the Member number (6 digits) listed in the SSS profile printed in the brochures I receive. Can anyone explain this, please?

Aside from this, my account info on the RSSC website is correct and complete. I set up the account today.

They have recently changed the numbers since the sale of Regent. I used my old number to set up my account, and it worked.

Thanks, jhp. Would that be the 6-digit number?

Yes, it was easier to plug in than the long one that I must have somewhere. I think there is a look-up link somewhere, but I forget where I saw it!

DUH!! I now realize what I did wrong last night. Once you register, it takes you to the profile update page, and if you enter your birthdate and click on "Lookup Number", it will fill in your new SSS number. THEN, you have to click on the "Update Profile" button, and it will populate with your history. Mine appears accurate now!
