Well, I have been lurking here for awhile, but finally signed on. I am Rachel from Tulsa OK. I am an ob/gyn. My husband is an attorney and rancher. We have 2 grown (or almost) sons, a 22 year old who is a Marine Arabic cryptologic linguist and a 18 yr old senior in high school. Our baby is a fat Tabby cat named Feisty. We travel a lot, some land based and some cruises. Most of the cruises have been with Regent, at least in the past 5 years. Both sons won their school geography bowls in jr high, probably partly because they had traveled so much. I feel like I know a lot of you already. Glad to finally join.

Hi Rachel: I'm afraid my credentials are not worth mentioning and I don't own a cat, but I just love being a part of LCT and know you will too. Welcome! Lee

Wow Rachel....I grew up in Tulsa off of Harvard near Ranch Acres but now live in So. CA. Did either of your sons happen to go to Edison H.S. ? We have 2 cats (and 2 dogs). Welcome to LCT !

Thanks for the warm welcomes. And nice to meet a couple of ex-Tulsans. It truly is a small world. My office is on 51st St between Harvard and Yale, Marcie. No, my boys didn't go to Edison. The oldest went to Holland Hall, and the youngest is at Town and Country (which was probably around when you were here. It is really small and has only had a high school for about the past 8 years.)

Hi Rachel. Welcome aboard LCT. I'm sure you already know by now what wonderful people belong and it is even more fun when you get to cruise aboard a Regent ship with them. Thank you for the introduction. :lct:
