Rachel, Thanks for the encouragement. Unfortunately, for those of us on the ship, it turns out that it is fairly difficult to read the blog because it has been taking considerable time for it to load. I hope that improves, but at least it should be much quicker for those on land.

I didn't realize what cuy is until I Googled it. Yes, we were often asked whether we wanted to try guinea pig, but none of us was brave enough.
