Yes the perks were very inconsistent - we were in a category C (seventh cruise with RSSC so 40+ nights - AMEX Platinum etc etc) - and got neither truffles nor champagne nor were our toileteries replenished. Cabin and ship overall were fine. Food was quite disappointing - seafood was mediocre, L'Etoile for dinner was ok but not really great and Apicius was a bit better, buffet lunches in La Veranda was quite bad (especially the mushy sashimi).
