In the interest of clarity for problem solving, I'm not getting a "timed out" message, I'm getting a "site not responding" message. In addition, this message doesn't take that long to appear ---- maybe a minute or less. So my reference to being "timed out" was not correct "computerese".
Also, at times (like now) when the site does work, it is seeming to take longer to bring pages up than I experience on other sites. This may or may not be related.
