We had a butler last year on the Navigator and he was sweet but we were clueless on how to really "use" his services - eventually he'd bring the makings for my cosmo every evening with a cocktail shaker (we had the vodka on the bar) so he brought the limes and cran juice etc. when he brought the canapes. He also delivered breakfast everyday which was nice.

When we both got sick and stayed in our suite for a week he'd bring extra boxes of kleenex - top drawer service LOL! He always wanted to deliver dinner but we were not interested in eating anything at that point - even chicken soup was over the top for us. :(
