Posts like yours make me very unhappy. A "running joke" on vibration and mechanical problems? I've sailed the navigator a total of 50 days and never had cause for complaint(s) about anything. What did you expect at tea time?
As for recipes, I have a drawer full, printed out and delivered to my cabin the following day.
