I actually had a chance to speak to Ngaire in person with some questions. My husband has a relationship with someone being on a board of a non-profit. The TA we've used is on the board with him and it's uncomfortable for several reasons to change agents. And he has been excellent for us.

Sometimes we can use Ngaire - We are booked on PIP thru B & K. Ngaire was so kind about our relationship and is very special. But there are times we will have to use John.
