When we were on the Navigator last May there was only one (large) duvet on the bed plus a sheet under it. Here in Europe we don't sleep that way - it is either duvets or sheets and blankets (which I personally loathe!) So we simply told the stewardess to please replace the one duvet with two single ones, and to remove the sheet which is superlfuous. she did and we slept happily!!
