Marc, Just go to:

https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/

and sign in to your account with your userid and trusted traveller number. You can edit the passport info to change the number and expiry date. You don't get anything back in writing, but it has worked for me two times and your new info is in the Global Entry system.
