Karen - TMI indeed!! What about the return from the cruise? One assumes (hopes, prays) that you don't use quite the same hat packing routine.

I guess that we guys are a bit less creeped out by someone in the laundry handling our boxers. Even though we don't yet have quite enough Regent days to get free laundry, we declared a few cruises ago that, "As God is my witness, I will never do laundry onboard again!"; and, therefore, we send everything out. Cruising time (meaning drinking time) is too precious to sacrifice any of it to the laundrette or cabin sink. Yikes, who wants stuff hanging around the bathroom drying, unless it's swim gear on the Paul Gauguin?
