I love their laundry service. One thing to remember is that if you turn it in before 9Am you get it back the next day usually in the afternoon. The first few days of the cruise seem to take that long, probably because people need a lot of pressing done when they first arrive or have a lot of laundry if they have been traveling pre cruise. This seems to be the case the last few days of the cruise as well, probably because many people are getting a lot done to before packing to leave. Other wise in mid cruise it would come back the same day. Consequently, remember to take two sets of pajamas so that you don't end up with them in the laundry overnight. We were so used to doing our own laundry that we neglected to bring two sets of PJs the first time we had free laundry.
