One key .. if any of you find yourself in a super disaster .. get a binder, put everything in it, keep a detailed log (who did you talk to? what was the purpose? What's the next step) that includes inventories of items scrapped WITH MODEL NUMBER AND SERIAL NUMBER, lots of pictures, and keep calling until they show up to loss assess your property.
