Yes we are using Regent transfer to get to the hotel but I am not sure if the tip is included.
If it is then no problem.

When I pulled up the Newark airport map it shows
Continental flights in concourse C. I did not see them located at any other concourse unless I missed something. All of our flights are on Continental so I hope that helps.
