Greetings All,from somewhere north of Rio on our way to Salvador da Bahia.Yes Betty we did make it to the Porito Moreno and it was totally awesome!!You can only imagine being so close to it and hearing it creak and thunder as it calves and drops its bergs into the water.The wind there was also something else. The town of El Calafate was soooo hot and windy...about 80F plus. The flowers were abundant in a riot of colours.The lavender was huge much more than Provence if that is possible.

I also noticed we that some of the new wait staff are from the Balkin Regions,Romania,etc.They are very nice and friendly .I remember that the Oceania also used Balkin staff as well.
