We're on the Voyager and had a big crew change in Sydney . . .and as far as I can see the make-up of new (mostly familiar) staff is very similar to the group who departed: Filipino and European.
And as to the charge or unavailability of some wines, we've been able to have any we've asked for with no charge but admittedly, we are not connoisseurs.
I don't want to get into a discussion about this but just felt some comment was appropriate.
