Once a passenger(s)starts to tip, the crew start to expect it. RSSC's wage scale is higher than most lines. Tipping in general is getting out of hand. Many people use it, before the fact, to get extra services. Some restaurants even suggest the amounts !! We are told that tips are included on RSSC and Silversea. There are very little "extras" that are necessary on cruises, so why tip ?
