Everytime we cruise a "no tipping" line I feel so uncomfortable, but on this trip we decided in lieu of tipping to make a contribution to the Crew Welfare Fund.
The money is used for parties for the crew and for financial aid to a crew member if they need help with an emergency while onboard.
Our Butler and Cabin Stewards did a good job, but nothing extraordinary so this seemed like a good way to say thank you to all of the crew.
