If I could hijack this thread for a momemt...

...we really want to tip our Stewardess this trip; she has gone far out of her way to make this an enjoyable trip.

Some questions:

1. Would it be improper to tip her but not her assistant?

2. How much should we leave her? him? For two weeks, is $20 or $30 ok or is it a slap in the face?

3. How do we go about tipping? Just hand them cash in the corridor? A note and the money left behind when we check out?

Any help (soon) would be appreciated.
