I think if I were to pick one night to make sure I was in Compass Rose, it would be formal night. I just love formal night in the main dining room, for some reason!
As for the other restaurants, our absolute favorite was La Veranda, which is billed as an "Italian Steakhouse". The meal we had there was the absolute best of the week. You choose your entrees from their menu but your appetizers and deserts, you choose from a buffet, which might be good for the kids, they can see what they want beforehand instead of ordering sight unseen.

The best place for an adult night out would be Signatures, the fanciest restaurant of the 4 choices. Our meal there was very good but I think we all agreed that our La Veranda meal was the best, hands down.


The last restaurant, which we did not try is Latitudes, I would describe it as Asian themed.

While dining in Compass Rose one night, we saw a family that had a great idea. There was a toddler a few tables from us and they had set a portable dvd player playing what appeared to be something Disney like, on the table in front of the child. We never heard a peep from that table!
