I would second what Karen said about Compass Rose for formal night. I just don't think it would be as much fun to spend that evening in Signatures, which is much smaller with far fewer people. I mean, if you're going to go to all the trouble to get decked out to the nines, go see and be seen! :)

I would agree that La Veranda would be a great choice for the kids. It's more informal than Compass Rose, and you can get in and out quicker. Compass Rose does have a tendency to drag the experience out...which we never minded, but I'm sure that could be somewhat problematic with kids.

Signatures would be a great romantic evening for the parents -- more intimate, more formal. The food (in my opinion) isn't any better than Compass Rose, but the ambiance is definitely special.

Like Karen, I never tried Latittudes.
