Didn't mean to put you on the spot with that question. It's just that I've read some comments (by non-TAs) on other boards stating that "TAs are clearly the cruise lines' agents, and therefore the lines' acts of setting prices through TAs is not an antitrust violation." But (like you) it just does not seem that clear cut to me!
