I do too! If Radisson needs a fare increase, they don't sneak around --- they just do it! And it causes no comotion or criticism. After all, I shudder to think about the Voyager's fuel bills at today's artificially inflated prices.

In any event, back to my original question. Are TAs agents for the cruise lines, the customers, or are they independent retailers?
