Yes, I did know that Carlson Companies owned "Gold Bond" stamps.

The situation involved with RCI/Celebrity even goes beyond prohibiting a TA to give part of the commission to the customer in terms of lower prices. It also apparently halts the practice whereby TAs book a block of cabins/suites on those lines at a reduced price and pass that along to their clients --- even though the commission rate stays the same!

Enforcement is accomplished by RCI/Celebrity refusing to do further business with a TA who does not follow the policy. What a mess!
