Sue, I am doing the Cordon Bleu class. This will be my third time. I only hope the recipes will be different this time. I know the fun will be there.

Kathy and Peggy - are your hubbys taking the class, too? I am still debating whether I or both of us should sign up (if it isn't sold out)...I want to be lazy on this cruise, but I like to cook and learn things, too! :)

Frank isn't interested in cooking - just eating what I cook! If one of you takes the class, the other partner gets to participate in the some of the fun.

Jerry can boil water, but that's about the extent of his skill in the kitchen. And that's the way he likes it!! So no, he's not taking the class -- just me.

Fred and I are taking the Cordon Bleu class..our second time...we had so much fun the first time..we had to try it again!

Pretty much most stuff has been said. I booked this cruise maybe 18 or more months ago so I have chatted enough around here about it. Came home from San Diego and packed the toiletries case. Deciding what clothes to bring. Waiting to book on line restaurant reservations. I know Regent is prepping documents based on an email I got yesterday. Tours are all planned. Dinner plans are all made. Just waiting for the time to pass...

My husband and I have planned and anticipated CROSS for quite some time now. Lots of discussion and preparations for over a year to make this a very enjoyable and memorable trip for us.

As you can see from the CROSS threads, there's been lots of talk and shared excitement.

Alan and I now wait for our docs and you can bet a major "storm" will develop once those docs are in hand! There'll be no containing our excitement at that point! :woh:

It sure is "quiet" around here. Soon I'll start thinking what clothes I'm bringing. Now that I don't have to worry about the ridiculous luggage allowance in the intra-Europe flights, I can "splurge"!

WOW! I woke everyone up. I guess because I was the "new kid on the block" and missed participating in all the early on chatter, I was missing you all. Kathy, glad your weekend in S.D. was great. Sandy and I got all our last minute shopping done this past weekend, made packing lists etc. Am also waiting to make restuarant reservations and anticipating receipt of travel docs.

I took a OneSoles shopping excursion yesterday. But, I won't hi-jack this thread. I'll find the off topic one and post there.

You are all very welcome. Now, here's the skinny! I am going to need to enlist the help of someone of you guys to help me play a "get even" trick on Sandy on board ship. I won't explain it now but it's pretty funny. It involves getting even for something that happened on Alaska cruise last year. We also this past weekend bought identical jackets (so cute). I said "I'm taking mine on the trip and she looked at me really funny and said "Well, so am I". So, I said "Well, you can't wear it the same day I do". Wonder how this is going to play out. Just good "sister fun", we actually get along fabulously. I am also anxious to see those special cruise tops for OneSoles. Jeez, I just can't believe how much fun this cruise is going to be.

Well, hey guys, Regent is wonderful at fulfilling requests. Maybe we should just ask for a supply of "pep pills" to be put in our individual suites. Heaven only knows, I will no doubt need a ship load. I wonder how Regent would react to a requst like that?
