We are in 717. However, we are hoping for a Cat H guarantee to become available. After never paying higher than Cat H on six combined trips on Mariner and Voyager, I would hate to see the string broken. Besides, $900 would pay for a lot of drinks!

Kimmie, now that's the talk! Like I said before, new biz/career if you're ready! Hell, I didn't go to law school til I was 47! Plenty of mileage left, and you can have a whole new start and be excited again! Go for your dreams, but I think your idea about researching trips is a good one~

Joanna, "DO NOT keep journal"...I don't know about that one, writing is in my genes. But, I'm a real open-minded type of girl regarding cosmos drinking and throwing caution to the wind. Heck, my mother thinks I went off my rocker at 50 because I divorced, married a Westerner and moved to a foreign land (Tucson) ;) . Now, the pole dancing, well, who knows!!

Donna: I meant National Enquirer type Journal - OH the westerner story - my aunts always said "Joanna married a westerner" (from WI I was from CT) they had never been across the Geo Wash bridge!!! You crossed it and fell off into western space - OH MY AZ would have been very foreign to the aunts -

Donna, you keep on "keeping" a journal, and I can almost guarantee that Joanna will read it. She just doesn't want to keep it. But she and the rest of us surely enjoyed your last one! I think you and others on this board should get "published!"

Joanna, believe me, my mother thinks I moved to a foreign country. The other day she made a comment about the "Parade Magazine" section in her Sunday newspaper. Was sure we did not get it wayyy out here where we live. When she found out I was going to marry him, her comment was, "but, we don't know his people." Alan's happy as long as she doesn't think he's a "dreaded Northerner!"

My, I'm wordy tonight, but one more story. I took Alan to Atlanta to meet my Mom and Dad. My Dad loves to sit in the bay window of their breakfast room, read his paper (all day) and watch the birds. A pellet gun always sits in the corner (to scare the squirrels off the birdfeeder.) Alan is sitting at the breakfast table trying to make friends with my Dad. He says, "What is the gun for?" My Dad says, "I haven't decided about you yet." I have no idea what Alan thought at the time but he thinks it's funny now!

Donna does not have National Enquirer in her gene pool! We'll just set up a little e-mail thing if she wants to vent. I don't think she will. After all, I have met this lady! (you couldn't come to LA, remember?) We are safe with Donna and Alan, promise. (not that we ever do anything exciting anyway) When the truth is known, we're just a bunch of baby boomers having fun.

Marcie; Add the lovely Miss Lynn and me to the list. Just trying to decide between staterooms as of now. I guess it's going to be 816. Thought we were going to get one more amidships, but they all disappeared sometime today.
