On Cruise Critic's HAL board, there is a multi-part review, with more to come, by wwinfl91, which is quite informative. There is also a 2 part one by Krazy Kruisers, not as detailed, but describes the Bras d'Or Lakes excursion in Sydney. FYI

(Masaki, Thought you might be interested in winery tour in Halifax!) <img border="0" alt="[Drinking]" title="" src="graemlins/062802drink_prv.gif" />

The winery tour sounds interesting! We'll have to take a look at that ... though the amount of time that that excursion takes seems rather long.

Hi, gf,
Have you made any decisions about shore excursions as of yet? I am wondering if the Bras d'Or lakes tour is worth commiting 7 1/2 hours to it.

Ponypal,

Although the Bras d'or Lakes tour sounds like the best for Sydney, we don't want to spend that much time on a tour. We did sign up for the 2hr bus tour, but just may get off the ship and see what else is available. Depends on what the weather forecast is. I definitely know I do not want to go in a coal mine!!!

We'll probably try it since it sounded interesting to us. We'll let you know. :)
