Has anyone who has been on the Voyager recently know if streaming video is still prohibited? At one time Skype was allowed, but by the time of our 2007 World Cruise it was cut out due to the large amount of bandwidth being used by the passengers and crew. I am wondering if the satellite system or technology has improved and whether one can use such programs as Skype or view YouTube videos.
