Hi ALL:

Well, we have left beautiful New Zealand and are heading across a friendly version of the Tasmanian Sea. It's noon on Monday here and time for Trivia. The Captain, our sweet Captain Daag is talking about the great weather we are having. He is speeding up the ship to arrive in Hobart by 5PM tomorrow so we can get a bonus overnight. He is incredible. The Voyager continues to excede all expectations and I wish you all were here. Marci and Tom had a great time on their overnight to Queensland. They rejoined us in Milford Sound. I'm sure she will tell you all about it. Bye for now. PAUL

Paul is generous about the friendly version of the Tasman sea. I woke up this morning at about 3 a.m. and rocking and rolling was going on. Quickly took a dramamine and settled down, and continued dosage throughout the day. Not really rough seas, but some swells make me feel like a drunk walking through the halls at times. Still trying to get that report out of where I posted it off-line. Having a great time! Paul was our table host the other night, and a great one!

Paul & Olivia,

From what I hear, the Tasman Sea is usually at least a little rough at best. When we were there it was very, very bad. We could have made some money if we had some t-shirts that said "I SURVIVED CROSSING THE TASMAN SEA". :D Have fun, hang on and remember that beautiful Hobart, Tasmania awaits you. It is worth the crossing.

Hopefully you've planned to visit the Bonorong Wildlife Park. It's in a beautiful setting and has lots of native animals, including the vicious tasmanian devil!! The town of Hobart, itself, is absolutely charming. If you get a chance, find "Kelly's Steps" (just ask a local) which leads you to the residential area with the cutest little houses, all painted so pretty with beautiful gardens. And don't miss Richmond, a quaint little town. I guess you can see that I really, really liked Hobart.

Have a great time whatever you do!!!!!

Thanks, Paul, you disappear so often, I sometimees wonder what happens to you. But I'd be the same way, enjoying everything and having a great time.

Paul,

We all wish we were there with you as well. :)

Sounds like you all earned your "I survived" T-shirts.

Enjoy the next leg of the trip. We'll be looking forward to the next report.

Kathy
