are OBC's able to be used in the casino? - i'm referring specifically to the OBC's given by BK (thank you BK!) - if they are, great! - if not, why? -
and i guess i may as well find this out while we're at it ..... has policy changed at all to allow OBC's to be used for future cruise bookings? -
