I am considering sailing this line a second time....did the WindSong in tahiti a number of years ago.....can anyone tell me what the Wind Surf is like? Is it too big and more impersonable than the smaller twins?

My wife and I have been on the Windsurf 3 times and loved it. We switched to RSSC a year ago, but would go back.

Never have been on their smaller ships - - - but the 300 passenger Windsurf was a comfortable size. Note: it was the smallest ship we have sailed on ---. Best part about the Windsurf were the suites. They knocked the wall out of a floor of cabins and replaced the bed in one with a couch. End result was a double cabin with TWO FULL BATHS !!! That was a real treat. The price wasn't outrageous.

Hope this helps. If you've already sailed with the line, you know their strengths. There was sufficient crew and I don't remember having to wait in lines. Nights were very quiet. Not much to do.

Capt. Tom, We did the Windsurf a few years ago to the French and Italian Riveria. We enjoyed it very much, and I do agree with Jim that there is little to do on the ship. With our itin, that was little concern, since our ports were Monte Carlo, Cannes, St. Tropez, etc.

We felt that the crew was very attentive, although not as polished as that of RSSC.
