I read all about these wonderful "special orders" for dinner which never occured to me on ur first Radisson Cruise. When do you make these orders - the night before with your waiter or is it a "special order" at the table while ordering. Rack of Lamb - souffles -- sounds wonderful to me and these items were never on our menu. Thanks for the help. Jan

You talk to the dining room or head waiter the night before. Not the regular waiter. They need your cabin number and your request.

This is very helpful. I have been reading about everyone's favorites for years, but haven't made many special requests. My husband loves lamb and I'm sure the rack of lamb Ngaire loves will be a great treat! As for me, I think I'll have to try the Grand Marnier souffle. Believe it or not, I've never had a souffle and this sounds like a perfect choice.

We had Grand Marnier souffle and Chocolate souffle on the Voyager in November. It wasn't a special order, just on the menu I think on formal nights. My first souffle's too. You're going to like them, Jacki!

If you've never had a souffle, this is the best time to take the plunge. Arlene is right - it's deliciously addictive!
