I've read they are putting a new coffee bar on the Voyager. I read it was happening now or soon. Does anyone know if they are? Or is it not going to happen till Dry dock in December?

Therese, I know this is bad but I can't remember what the current Voyager coffee bar looks like. I THOUGHT they already got an updated one like the Mariner but I really have no idea. Maybe someone with a better memory than me can chime in?

No, currently Voyager coffee bar is on deck 5, just outside the balcony entrance to Constellation Theater....kind of shoved in the corner. A month ago they did have several architect type people on board and they were doing measuring considering various options. I heard (no idea if it's correct or not) that they were going to be putting the coffee bar in where the boutique is currently. Maybe the B2B'ers on now will be able to update us.

I talked with the architect quite a bit and he showed me the tentative plans. The coffee area is to go in the computer room and the number of computers reduced. It would extend to the other side of the corridor into the boutique area. What the final decision would be was still up in the air.

Thanks for the info. At the current coffee bar, what is available? Does someone "man" it or is it self serve? What I'm really after here, is can you get a Mocha, made with skim milk and dark chocolate, and other special order stuff?????

The coffee corner is not manned. It is just a machine with your choice of regular or decaf coffee, latte, capuccino, and there is one more choice. It is very minimal and the space around it is crowded with room for only one person at a time there.

DArn..... How about the new one on the Mariner, how is it different? Can I get the Iced Mocha by asking for it somewhere else?
