I see rssc.com has brought "saved cruises" back - they must be listening to us! :) Little by little the site is improving.

I just found it, too, Kristin. Some features I like on Saved Cruises is the Land & Hotel Programs and Fairs & Availability buttons. Yes, Regent is slowly getting back to the great features on the old website.

Is anyone's total nights cruised correct? I am still listed as O.

Karen, All my nights are accounted for. Do you see your Past Cruises listed under your Book Cruises tab?

No I don't, Beth! I emailed the address they have listed to fix your SSS info, maybe they can fix it.

I'm assuming my nights are correct, they seem to be but if they were off I might not know it. I guess I need to trust Regent on this one.

I had to register AGAIN, even though I always click the "remember me". That gets kind of annoying.

Marcie, do you have to register each time or do you mean log in each time with your email address and password?

Here's what mine says for my nights sailed:

Current Member Level: Yet to Sail
Total Nights Cruised: None
Nights Needed to Reach Next Member Level: 0

Karen, did you use your NEW SSS number? For some reason, Regent changed numbers within the past 6-8 months.

Marcie, It is a bother to have to type in your email addy and password each time you want to go into My Accounts. I do hope they fix that.

It seems Regent is doing everything in babysteps, but they are getting there.

Beth, I haven't looked to see if I have a new number! I will check on my MOOSE invoice!

Editing to add, I just looked on my docs and it appears I am using the right number but still no nights listed when I update.

That's what mine said at first too Karen. (0 nights) You can fix it by putting in your birthday and sss# on "My Profile". So far, the "remember me" just hasn't worked. Hope it's fixed soon.

If you're close to moving into the next tier (or just moving up the ladder), it is important to keep track of your nights and not trust Regent to get it correct.

I think I have figured it out, I tried logging in on IE and it worked and gave me my updated nights. Does anyone else use Firefox and if so, can you get an updated profile?

Sweet Holly from RSSC has been helping me this morning and when she was able to log in as me and see me updated, I wondered if it might be a Firefox problem!

Karen, I use Firefox and I could log in. They do show the proper days for us.

Hi Karen,

I use Firefox. I was able to get to my account and was able to see the number of days/level but could not get to my booked or saved cruises.

I have in the past been able to get to the booked cruise area so I don't really think it's a FF issue.

I'm not a techie by the way . . . .just a "user".

Hmmmm then I don't know what the problem is if you girls can access it with Firefox! How funny that I couldn't see my days cruised BUT I could see my booked cruises, just the opposite of you, Peggy! Maybe you could try it in IE to see if you can access it that way?

Karen, I'm using IE7 with Windows XP and can see Past Cruises, Booked Cruises, SSS nights and Saved Cruises. Hope Regent can solve your problem.

Beth, my problem is solved, I logged in with IE and accessed my cruise night info and now for some reason, it shows up when I use Firefox, my normal browser!
