When I was there last month they offered 2 shuttles to town (I think around 9AM and 2PM, but don't recall return times, except I think they allowed about 3 hours minimum in town). I don't recall exactly where they dropped you off in town. They had a placard at check-in showing details, so perhaps you could email the hotel directly? Althernatively you could take a cab, but I believe the price would be about USD20 each way. Sorry I cannot recall more details!
