 Le Cordon Bleu classes

There's a thread over on CC about Le Cordon Bleu classes, and I was wondering...do they ONLY have these classes on the sailings that are listed as "Spotlight - Le Cordon Bleu" cruises? Our cruise is 18 days with 10 at sea, so I was kinda hoping that with that many sea days, they've have a class. But it's a "Spotlight on Film" cruise. Does this mean they won't have them?
I had gotten the idea somewhere that they offered Le Cordon Bleu classes on all crossings, but perhaps that's incorrect...?

I'm pretty sure they are only offered on certain cruises.

LeeAnne - they are only on select cruises, usually Spotlight on Food and Wine themed.

BUMMER!! Oh well, we'll just have to find other things to do. I'm sure we'll watch lots of movies!
As a foodie and someone who loves to cook and try new recipes, I'm just going to have to book a cruise someday for the express purpose of taking this class.

LeeAnne, with all those sea days, there will surely be demonstrations by the chef during certain days teaching how to make certain dishes. They usually have them in the theater, with cameras on the chef showing the upfront and personal views on the screen.
