There is a wonderful letter from Mark Conroy that is posted on CruiseCritic (I would have copied it but do not think that is allowed). It really shows that Regent is just as great as it has always been -- and, as Ngaire says -- things will be even better after the dust settles.

Happy Holidays,

Jackie

Since Robin Lindsay and Tim Rubacky are both members of this site; maybe they will choose to post the letter.

I don't think there is any reason I cannot post the link:

WOW Ajax, thanks for posting M.C.'s letter. I don't go to CC too often anymore (when I post there it gets deleted 1/2 the time for reasons unknown to me).

This is great that M.C. responded and nice to know he reads CC. Hopefully he reads LCT as well.

Glad you posted that link Ajax. I would have done it myself, and there is no problem I am aware of with posting that link. This is a public letter from Mark and Cruise Critic has the largest board membership so the perfect place to post that letter.

It is a wonderful letter from Mark Conroy and eloquently put in perspective all the changes that are taking place.

I am going to be in Los Angeles and spending one night on the Voyager before the world cruise so I will get to see all the new changes. I am very excited about seeing the Voyager and then sailing on the Mariner in February.

Tim: Thanks for the link. It's very reassuring to read Mark Conroy's letter - there have been so many negative comments circulating recently.

I certainly hope there is nothing wrong with posting it.....I posted it word for word in my Mariner blog so that anyone reading would be able to see how he addressed pax comments. If something is posted on the WORLD WIDE WEB it becomes public domain....just look at what you can see on YouTube :o

The CC post is almost word for word (other than the name of the board) the same as the open letter posted by Mr. Conroy on this board. It's good to know that I subscribe to two forums that are read by RSSC management.
