I don't complain much about anything Radisson related but what a boring website! Other than specials and schedules, nothing ever changes.

Where is the Radisson news? No mention of the Diamond being sold, nothing about the Navigator in Jacksonville. No mention of when the new schedules might come out. Nothing about future plans or new ships that might be in the works.

The Seven Seas Society page offers Captain Dag being appointed to the Voyager as the most current news.
As for member benefits, this item has been at the bottom of the benefits list for over a year:
"And more to come!"


Look how excited we got when they added the "sold out" image to the schedule, for those few days.

in my email to/from Mark Conroy, I suggested RSSC
have a life portal to include glowing posts (like
Marcie's on the WC) here is what he said:

Karen - very, very good points! As most of us I NEED TO BE AMUSED on a regular basis!

I agree, too, Karen. A website needs to be more than a glorified brochure. A successful one keeps you coming back daily to see what's happening. Interaction is the key. Unless I'm in the midst of planning a trip, I seldom go to the RSSC website. I get more valuable information on LCT and Brown and Keene Travel website!

Wes, glad to hear that a re-design is in the works. RSSC should survey regular users and cruisers to determine what changes would be the most beneficial. You have to know your audience to be effective!

I totally agree, Karen!! Even after they had us fill out their online survey about a year ago, still not much has changed. I think they added the ability to choose excurions online, which is a big plus.

I don't want to get too critical here, but when you compare the website to Holland America or Oceania or Seabourne, it leaves a lot to be desired. I noticed HAL and Oceania are offering e-brochures you can download, now.

I really like to see the map of the route for each cruise. I asked for that in the survey and I hope they add that feature.

Come on, RSSC, hope you are listening!!! We all love cruising on your line, but are just hoping for some useful updates on your website! :^)

Am I not looking in the right place? I noticed that the website no longer lists the single supplement with the fares. Has anyone found it somewhere else on the website?

Ditto on the maps. It's nice to see a map of where you are going before you leave. Where you are and where the ship is that you just got off.

There isn't enough info on port stops while I'm complaining. I'd like to know more about the port not just what tours are available.
