I was checking on a client that is not receiving mailings from RSSC and it appears as if they had two addresses (like a summer home & a winter home). RSSC's new system can only accept one address as the mailing address, so if you have a situation like this than you will have to choose one address as the mailing address.
In addition, if either a spouse or significant other at the same address checks the "Do not send me communications on specials" box on the RSSC Guest Comments Form at the end of a cruise, then neither guest will receive mailings at that address.
